3D PRINTED HEADBAND FRAMEThe current 3D-printed headband frame we are supplying to hospitals and clinics in the GTHA is the "3DVerkstan - North America (6 Hole)" model.
To make the complete Face Shield, the headband frame is then attached to a laser cut plastic sheet that we are producing. Assembly takes under 10 seconds! General Print Specifications: 0% infill, layer thickness 66% of nozzle size, line width depends on nozzle size.
